Staff members are just amazing, just smile, they are really trustful people and they gave great recommandations, can book you with decent price (unlike traveling agency) buses, help you renting scooters with their networks. Thank to them I could have my bus to Ha Long in a few hours. I asked to stay another night the day I was supposed to check out, they did it right away. I did 3 hostels in Hanoi so far and this one really good, value for money. Recommend you to spend your nights if you are in Hanoi. (If you can play with An, also one of the staff member's boy, please do so, he is a good one :))

Alex at the reception was really helpful, he kindly helped us when booking our buses to Sapa. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk and everything is close by. The train street was only about 10-15 mins walk. The staff were really helpful and they helped arrange my ha Giang loop tour which i loved. Quite at night
